As the ECA Officer, you will be at the helm of our Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA) program, delivering outstanding activities, services, and goods that enhance the school experience. Your mission:

Curate and enhance: Build an exciting ECA catalogue by identifying great providers, negotiating contracts, and diversifying offerings with one-off events like summer camps and CAS camps.
Streamline processes: Set up and manage our enrolment platform (Eduka) for seamless parent registration and reporting.
Promote and engage: Create buzz and drive participation through compelling communication to students and parents.
Deliver quality: Monitor activities to ensure they are top-notch and parents and students are delighted.

Your efforts will directly impact our ECA revenue, margins, and satisfaction scores, making ECAs a true pillar of our schools' offering.

Key Responsibilities

Harmonize ECA programs across three schools.
Boost visibility and accessibility of ECAs through structured reporting and clear communication.
Drive participation by promoting existing quality offerings.
Innovate by introducing unique events and Central-organized trips.
Report on key KPIs (ex: number of activities, student participation, satisfaction levels, etc.).

If you have some sales experience (B2C or B2B) or even telemarketing, that is a bonus. You must be fluent in French and proficient in English to thrive in this role.
