You are a results-driven professional with a proven track record in growing sales portfolios and managing customer satisfaction, even for lesser-known brands. With at least five (5) years of experience, you have honed your leadership skills, successfully managing and developing sales teams to achieve ambitious targets. You’re not only tech-savvy, leveraging digital tools to create compelling product communication, but you also excel at organizing a wide range of events with commercial objectives.
Your analytical mindset is widely recognized, enabling you to conduct thorough diagnostics, gap analyses, and make strategic recommendations. You’re comfortable with data and numbers, using them to design and implement data-driven strategies. Whether through managing the budget for your own business or identifying cost-effective solutions, your ability to handle budget and plan helps maximize results while ensuring transparency and collaboration.
No social media platform holds any secrets from you, and you know how to engage and attract new clients through innovative approaches. You’re fluent in both French and English, and ensure impactful communication with diverse audiences. Whether you hold a bachelor’s degree or higher, your critical thinking, agility, and organizational skills set you apart as a structured, autonomous leader who thrives on achieving results..
Job Accountabilities:
As part of your responsibilities, you will be required to:
- (Strategy) Defining the school’s student recruitment and retention strategy, based on group guidelines and your expertise, and collaborating with the Marketing Manager to get a deep understanding of the local market.
- (Sales) Ensuring the school achieves its new enrolment target and a constant positive organic growth. You will build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to generate prospects. You will interact daily with the prospects during recruitment season to convert them into clients and report each interaction into the CRM tool.
- (Retention) Making sure the school achieves a minimum of 90% and constantly increasing student retention rate, and achieving a high level of parent satisfaction and engagement.
- (Reporting) Providing you local management with insights and recommendations based on analysis of facts and data.
- (Management) Supervising and coordinating the local admission team (admission assistant, marketing intern) to implement the student recruitment strategy.
- (Awareness) Be the guardian of the Enko Brand in Cameroon and ensures Enko La Gaieté is the School of Choice for parents.
- You will act as the primary interface between the HoS and the Central operations team.
