As the SCM, you'll play a pivotal role in achieving the school’s revenue and growth goals by crafting and executing compelling student recruitment and parent engagement strategies.

ales-driven professional who thrives on achieving and exceeding targets with a hands-on approach and you possess an extensive knowledge of marketing techniques, as demonstrated by a track record of successfully managing conversion cycles. You have a strategic mindset, capable of designing and executing innovative marketing and customer retention strategies. Your leadership skills, coupled with your collaborative spirit, enable you to inspire your teams and drive them to reaching the defined targets.

With a degree in Marketing, Sales or Business Management, you possess a customer centric mindset and a demonstrated flair for innovative solutions and fresh ideas. Your analytical skills
allow you to provide data-driven insights, empowering strategic decision-making.  Fluent in English, you have strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interactions with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. 


Job Accountabilities:

As part of your responsibilities, you will be required to: 

  • (Strategy) You will have a deep understanding of the local market and defines the school’s student recruitment and works with the HoS (owner of retention) on the retention strategy, based on group guidelines and the expertise of the Marketing Manager. 
  • (Sales) You will make sure the school achieves its new enrolment target and a constant positive organic growth.  You will build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to generate prospects and interact daily with the prospects during recruitment season to convert them into clients and reports each interaction into the CRM tool.
  • (Retention)  You will support the Head of School and execute parts of the Parents Engagement Plan to achieve high parents satisfaction and student retention. 
  • (Reporting) You will provide your management with insights and recommendations based on analysis of facts and data. You will raise the alert and escalate when necessary.
  • (Management) You will supervise and coordinate the local admission team (welcome officer / admission assistant, Marketing intern / Telemarketer and Digital intern) to implement the student recruitment strategy.
  • (Awareness) You will be the guardian of the Enko Brand in his/her country and ensure Enko Botho is the School of Choice for parents.
You will report to the Marketing Manager and is a member of the School Leadership Team.
The candidate must be legally authorised to work in Botswana. 

The ideal candidate

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, and customer management.

  • Hands-on experience in executing sales and marketing strategies.

  • Experience managing a team and leading projects autonomously.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing strategies.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Creativity and problem-solving mindset.

  • Experience with marketing budgets and financial planning.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
